What this service is
QR Menu turns a menu you already have into a web page guests reach by scanning a code. Using the service means agreeing to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you may bind that business.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at [contact e-mail] if you think someone else has access.
Your menu is yours
You keep every right in the photographs, names, descriptions and prices you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, process it, translate it and show it to the guests you publish it for.
Accuracy is yours too
Text recognition and language models produce a draft, not a fact. Prices, ingredients and — above all — allergen information must be checked by you before publishing and kept correct afterwards. You are responsible for meeting the food information and consumer law that applies where you trade. We are not.
What you may not do
Upload content you have no right to, publish anything unlawful or misleading, attempt to reach other operators' data, or work around the technical limits of the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up and the published menus reachable, but it is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of service. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. If a menu matters to a service tonight, keep a paper copy.
Fees
Publishing a menu and its QR code is free. Any charge that applies to features added later is shown on the pricing section of this site and inside the product before it takes effect; nothing is billed without you agreeing to it first.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost custom or indirect loss.
Ending it
You can delete your menus, restaurants and account at any time; published menus stop being reachable when you do. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law stops us.
Changes and governing law
We will announce material changes to these terms in the product before they apply. The agreement is governed by the law of [country], and the courts of [city] have jurisdiction, without affecting the protections consumer law gives you where you live.
